01Roles
Every account is a student; instructor adds studio access; admin adds this dashboard. Roles are additive, so an admin can also learn and an instructor can also buy. Grant roles deliberately — each one is a door.
02Looking someone up
User management finds accounts by name or email and shows their roles, courses (as student or instructor), orders and status. Start every support case here: most questions answer themselves once you see the account's actual state.
03Suspension
Suspending blocks sign-in and access immediately — use it for abuse, fraud, or rights violations, always with a reason recorded. Suspension preserves data: purchases, progress and courses stay intact, so a mistaken suspension is fully reversible. Deletion, where the law requires it, is a separate, deliberate process — never the first tool.
