Publishing and the review
What happens between “submit” and “live” — and how to pass first time.
01Submit for review
When the curriculum is complete and every video shows ready, submit the course from the studio. It enters the review queue and its status becomes In review — locked for editing while it waits, so the reviewer sees exactly what you submitted.
02What reviewers check
A human watches samples of every course: does it teach what the page promises, is the audio clear, is the curriculum coherent, is it free of content you have no rights to, does it meet the quality bar students pay for? The course page itself is checked too — title, description, level and price must match reality.
03The outcomes
Approved means live: the course appears in the catalog and you get the news by email. Changes requested comes back with concrete notes — fix the listed items and resubmit; most courses pass on the second round. Reviews usually take a few days.
04After publishing
Published courses are not frozen: update lessons, add new ones, refresh the description. Substantial changes go through a light re-review to protect students who already bought. Watch your reviews and answer them — engaged instructors sell more.
